FAQ

1. What if I need more than one day? You can absolutely book a multi-day retreat and we'd love to help you map that out! Just let us know that's what you're looking for.

2. What if I have a different guest count than listed? That's okay, we can do the math and provide a quote for your team size. 

3. How do I book one of the add-ons? Just let us know and we'll handle the booking and coordination.

4. Can I bring in more food or beverage? We'd love to facilitate this for you, so just let us know what you're thinking!

5. My group is super small. Do you have a smaller space? Yes, our Green Room is perfect for groups of 20 or less. We'd love to host you here!

6. I want to host my company holiday party here too! How do I do that? We're SO glad you asked! See below for our Corporate Membership offering! Start and end your year at PAIKKA :)

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIPS AT PAIKKA 

We adore hosting your team and we’d love to have you back! When you book both your team retreat and your annual Holiday Party through our Corporate Membership, you’ll enjoy 15% off the holiday party venue fee. Pick your celebration date for next season (Nov–Dec 2026 or Jan–Feb 2027), and we’ll get it locked in. Look at you—already planning Q4!

RESERVING A DATE

In order to book a retreat, PAIKKA requests 100% of the venue rental fee, as a non-refundable deposit. 

Any add-ons will be billed in full before start of event. Any balances incurred at the event (bar charges) 

will be charged to the card on file 10 business days following your event.
