Vendor Application

Event Date: Sunday, November 9, 2025 from 11am-5pm

Thank you for choosing to be a part of this year’s Holiday Bazaar at PAIKKA! We are thrilled to have you. It’s going to be a great event! Please read through the following agreement and submit with your signature, payment, and your ST-19.

By submission of payment, you as a PAIKKA Holiday Bazaar Vendor, agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. PAIKKA will not list you as a participating vendor or hold your space until we have received your payment.

  • Booth space is based on a first come, first served basis.

  • The application deadline to be listed on promotional materials is September 30, 2025. You may submit application and fee after this (space-willing), but there is no guarantee to be listed as a participating vendor on promotional materials (print, online, social etc).

2. Vendor is responsible for providing their own payment methods for purchases made by guests at event.

3. PAIKKA reserves the right to ask vendor to provide floor-length linen to cover table. PAIKKA will provide tables for all vendors unless otherwise discussed. Our tables are 8’L x 3’W x 3’H.

4. Vendor will respect the timeliness of the event and will arrive on time and clean up their booth and area surrounding after the conclusion of the event.

  • Vendors may arrive at 9am and booths must be ready to open at 10:30am.

  • The doors open at 11am and the sale concludes at 5pm.

5. Vendor will promote the Holiday Bazaar to their personal networks with the help of all PAIKKA-provided marketing materials.

6. PAIKKA reserves the right to deny any booth decor/merchandising methods that interfere with the overall aesthetic of the event or neighboring booths.

7. Vendor is responsible for any damage caused to PAIKKA or its belongings.

8. Vendor acknowledges the $250 booth fee is non-refundable
