Boat Day 2024

Once a year, come mid-summer, the PAIKKA team takes to the sea (aka Lake Minnetonka) for our annual boat day. Boat Day 2024 started with an overcast sky, but the sun always comes out. We enjoyed fruit platters and a tiki negroni as we floated the day away!

 

TIKI NEGRONI

  • 1 0z Coconut fat washed Campari

  • 1 0z Banana peel sweet vermouth

  • 1 0z Pineapple rum

  • Stir on ice

  • Garnish with olive, orange wheel, a tiki umbrella and serve on a boat!
