Meet PAIKKA’s Site Managers
Each season, we work with a talented group of Site Managers to help support your event day-of. This role ensures a seamless and successful event experience for you and your guests! We couldn’t do what we do without their help. Get to know the team below!
LILLIE (SHE/HER)
Years at PAIKKA: 3
What do you do when you’re not at PAIKKA? Intentional convening design and creative facilitation at my company, Sustain Studio, knitting and sewing (accessories only), and hanging out with my cats.
Favorite spot in town: Nightingale, for a drink or walking around Lake of the Isles.
Little known fact about you: I had a radio show in college called "As the Sunlight Hits" on Friday mornings.
LAUREN (SHE/HER)
Years at PAIKKA: It’s my first year at PAIKKA 🙂
What do you do when you’re not at PAIKKA? Working, traveling, hanging out with friends at restaurants or concerts, hanging out with my cat.
Favorite spot in town: Lyndale Rose Gardens and Quang
Little known fact about you: I speak French!
ALEX (SHE/HER)
Years at PAIKKA: 1
What do you do when you’re not at PAIKKA? My dog, Pork, and I spend a lot of time outdoors—whether it's in the garden, hiking, or camping. I also love to cook—often using recipes for inspiration rather than direction—read with my cats, Pablo and Gonzo, and make things. Macrame and rug tufting are my main jam, but I also get down on learning how to build and fix things.
Favorite spot in town: Minnehaha Dog Park
Little known fact about you: I once solo hiked a portion of the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal—wildly unprepared. No map, no functioning cell phone, with only a pair of Tevas sandals (one of my sneakers went missing somewhere in Sri Lanka) and a daypack. I spent the night in a base camp cabin and woke up before dawn to see one of the prettiest sunrises I've ever experienced.

Years at PAIKKA: 6
What do you do when you’re not at PAIKKA? During the long, cold waking hours away from PAIKKA, I work full-time for a tech start-up. Beyond the ol' 9-5, my days typically consist of running around the lakes, reading ludicrous and completely unhinged comments on the NYT Spelling Bee community forum, grabbing a bite with loved ones, and enjoying time outside whenever and however I can.
Favorite spot in town: Our Kitchen.
Little known fact about you: I'm a habitual movie and tv rewatcher, but I have illogical rules around when and how I rewatch - such as the time of day or season that best matches the aesthetic, or the type of food/drink to pair with the experience. Lately, I have an odd fixation with the movie Friends with Money. It's not good, but I can't stop watching it. Friends with Money is strictly reserved for Saturday mid-mornings, and pairs best with coffee with cream and a bagel sandwich.
